I had no idea until I heard it from Tony Robbins.\r\n<\/a>\r\n\r\nHe helps me with my<\/em> stinkin’ thinkin.’\r\n\r\nI have broken a few resolutions over the years.\u00a0 My ambitious gym membership always ends up on the chopping block because\u00a0 I often feel like I am making a donation to the facility after a few months.\r\n\r\nI bet you have some goals for your Network <\/a>in 2015.\r\n\r\nIf you don’t, reconsider, because the traditional Ethernet LAN is being tossed <\/a>like old stockings with holes in it.\r\n\r\nGaping holes.<\/em>\r\n\r\nYou know, the kind that don’t stand a chance for a second date, a second interview or another laundry cycle.\r\n\r\nYou probably don’t wear stockings. The total cost for our proposal is $380,000.\r\n\r\nPeanuts<\/em>.\r\n\r\nPeanuts compared to 850,000.\r\n\r\nFour hundred and seventy thousand more to upgrade his network using the same old stinkin’ thinking. The old way of doing things–the traditional Ethernet LAN.\r\n\r\nSounds a little far-fetched?\r\n\r\nSo was the idea that the earth is a circle.\r\n\r\n“When Columbus lived, people thought that the earth was flat. They believed the Atlantic Ocean to be filled with monsters large enough to devour their ships, and with fearful waterfalls over which their frail vessels would plunge to destruction. Columbus had to fight these foolish beliefs in order to get men to sail with him. He felt sure the earth was round.”<\/em><\/span>\r\n\r\nThey believed<\/span><\/em> you could fall off the earth.\r\n\r\nHilarious, right?\r\n\r\nWell, now<\/em> it is.\r\n\r\nFolks believed that mess,<\/del> myth for a very<\/em> long time<\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0 {Sign up for your network consultation here}<\/a><\/em><\/span>\r\n\r\nThree hundred Years<\/em>.\r\n\r\nBut get this, there are still<\/em> some “Flat-Earthers”<\/a> out there:\r\n
Members of the Flat Earth Society claim to believe the Earth is flat. Walking around on the planet’s surface, it looks and feels<\/strong> flat, so they deem all evidence to the contrary, such as satellite photos of Earth as a sphere, to be fabrications of a “round Earth conspiracy” orchestrated by NASA and other government agencies.<\/em><\/span><\/blockquote>\r\nWe frown at the illogical. In this case, you’re probably laughing.\r\n\r\nStudies show that technology has cultivated a new breed of consumers. The Sophisticated consumers.<\/a>\r\n\r\nI recently learned that many people while shopping now use their smart phone as they wait on line to search for coupons on the item they are about to purchase. They, then show it to the cashier or the manager of the store.\r\n\r\nThey show it to someone who has the authority to honor the cheaper price even if, it is from the competition.\r\n\r\nYou got that?\r\n\r\nEven if<\/em>, the discount they find has nothing to do with the store in which they are shopping.\r\n\r\nSophistication baby.<\/em>\r\n\r\nBut as liberating as that is, there are droves who ignore this option. They continue to pay the same old prices for the same old items.\r\n\r\nThere are many who would rather take the same bitter pills for the same old problems in every area of life.\r\n\r\nYou don’t think that is you right?\r\n\r\nYou don’t want it to be you.<\/em>\r\n\r\nAnd, certainly not with your network.\r\n
