Data Loss: 3 signs you no longer give a damn

Ok.

I agree. That title is a little extreme. It is not that you don’t care about data loss, it just hasn’t happened to you.

And all you hear is the noise.

I hate noise.

You do too, I am sure.

And sometimes, if there is nothing you can do about it, you, like most people, tune out.

I do it with my children.

They are 20 months and six years old respectively. Noise, is what they do.

I have to survive.

Data loss is a very noisy subject. { Online Backup & Recovery options to prevent Data Loss}

Data loss is happening to everyone else. You’re concerned of course; but it hasn’t happened to you—yet.

I will safely bet that you want to shut down the noise entirely or walk out on it.

Or send it to another room for a ‘time out.’

But you can’t.

You probably tried; very hard.

But it hasn’t worked.

It never will.

I’m sorry.

So you cope; you tuned out.

But,

Have you heard?

Just this past week, the headlines have reported that ‘FireKeepers data breach affects about 85,000.’

More data loss.

Are you ready to have a conversation about how data loss would impact you and your organization?

Why not start now? Why not Here?

Still not convinced you have tuned out?

Here are 3 signs that you have tuned out the data loss conversation:

1. You haven’t considered what could happen to your data if a natural disaster or malicious attack compromised your infrastructure.

The ability to back up your data with both onsite and in the cloud so that your data is protected if your local infrastructure is damaged or compromised is a must-have.

2. You don’t know or even thought about the consequences of a wide-scale data loss.

A solution that secures data both onsite and in the cloud, so that it is protected if your local infrastructure is damaged or compromised is critical.

3. You do not have a process for backing up data.

A sound process accounts for onsite backup that allows for faster recovery times. Cloud backup ensures data redundancy, and automation eliminates the chance of human error.

The invitation is still open.  Accept it here.
